1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 59 jili website located at 59jili.org (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 59 jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 59 jili Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

By creating a 59 jili account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. 59 jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 59 jili services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notify 59 jili immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 59 jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 59 jili reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.

Account Verification: 59 jili may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 59 jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 59 jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification. 59 jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Prohibited Funding Sources: You may not fund your 59 jili account using credit cards or any cryptocurrency. Only the payment methods listed above are permitted.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

59 jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 59 jili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 59 jili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means – will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible to receive bonuses.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 59 jili Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or 59 jili's systems or networks.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent gaming activity.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 59 jili staff members.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any 59 jili software.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where warranted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 59 jili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of 59 jili or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from 59 jili.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any other website or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

The 59 jili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 59 jili. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 59 jili, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

59 jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall 59 jili's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 59 jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

59 jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

59 jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from PAGCOR or another recognized gaming authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than your own breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 59 jili customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 59 jili, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 59 jili customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
